Holiday Inn Express & Suites College Station, an IHG Hotel

During the evening, the smoke alarm started to beep every so often. I called the front desk, and the young gentlemen who checked me in came immediately and put in new batteries which solved the problem for the night. After I was awake in the morning, it started up again. This was not a big problem and I alerted the front desk up an early check out. I also appreciated the receipt under my door overnight. My previous stay in College Station (last month) was at the Hampton Inn and they refused to provide a receipt. My wife, a CPA contacted the hotel subsequently and they promised to send one which they never did. I had to print out part of the credit card statement so I could get reimbursed. So I won't stay there again which is how I came to stay at this Holiday Inn Express instead.

Great service and location.

Due to CDC guidelines we breakfast was served by an employee but if she was busy the wait time was long.

THIS TIME THE RECEPTION WAS GOOD, I DIDN’T HAVE ANY ISSUES, THE ROOM CLEAN, AND THAT STAY DIANNE MADE IT GREAT WITH HER KINDNESS AND ATTENTION.
